Integrating with REA Group
Overview
REA Group runs realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au, where most Australian buyers start their search. Miira is an REA Group partner, so the connection is direct. Enquiries from your listings land in Miira as they’re made, on the project each listing belongs to.
There is no webhook to copy and nothing to paste into REA. Authorise Miira in REA Ignite, claim your agency, and enquiries start arriving.

Miira is an AI-powered CRM. Every enquiry from REA is read, cleaned and automapped to the right fields before your team sees it.
Names, emails and phone numbers are corrected for spelling, formatting and syntax
Repeat enquiries match to the existing contact instead of creating a duplicate
Contact records update themselves as new details arrive
Source tracking
Miira records the inbound event behind every lead, so you always know where a contact came from. Every REA enquiry is stamped with the portal and the listing it came from. It sits in the contact’s activity log, in sequence with every call, email and appointment that follows.
Reporting by source runs off the same data. You see which channels are producing buyers, project by project.
Configure
In Miira, open Settings → Connectors and enable REA Group.
In REA Ignite, add Miira as an integration for the agency and save it. This authorises Miira to receive that agency’s enquiries.
Back in Miira, enter the agency ID on the REA Group card and claim it. Claims on an agency that has authorised Miira approve automatically.
Repeat the claim for each agency you operate.
Map your listings to projects. Accept or change Miira’s suggestion for each.
If a claim sits unapproved, re-save the integration in Ignite. That re-opens the auto-approval window.
